The Chapel of Perpetual Adoration Our parish's greatest spiritual gift is, without doubt, the Chapel of Perpetual Adoration. It is here that parishioners take turn in keeping Jesus company, right around the clock, seven days a week, fifty two weeks a year; in sunshine or in the dark of the night, in balmy weather or fine. As great a triumph as this may be, its achievement has been made possible only because of the selfless sacrifices made by the parish's greatest heroes. These are the people who spend one, two or even three hours a night, sometimes every night of the week, in the Chapel. For anyone who is not an Adorer and who would like to book a one-on-one timeslot with the Son of God, please don't be shy. You will be gladly welcomed. You are welcome to come and pray before the Blessed Sacrament in the Chapel of Adoration at any time, night or day 24/7. There will always be someone in the Chapel. It is secure - even during the wee hours. Please visit the Chapel.
“Now I would like to tell you something personal. With the passing of time, the most important and beautiful thing for me remains the fact that I have been a priest for more than fifty years because every day I can celebrate Holy Mass! The Eucharist is the secret of my day. It gives strength and meaning to all my activities of service to the Church and to the whole world. Let Jesus present in the Blessed Sacrament speak to your hearts. It is He who is the true answer of life that you seek. He stays here with us: He is God with us. Seek Him without tiring, welcome Him without reserve, love Him without interruption: today; tomorrow; forever!” Pope John Paul II.
